$1000 cash -- I want the space so here's my best deal.
Please note that this is not a reproduction. I had a gentleman that does appraisals for a local museum group come in and look over the item and it's the real deal. He did this last summer and when asked about value the $2500-3000 I was asking was considered a good deal so $1000 is really a good deal.
The Antiques Roadshow appraisal for a similar one was $9,500...I of course am looking for a much lesser value so there's a good deal to be had here.
